I was just wondering a bout a few weeks ago when will this ‘miang’ (vain pot) princess of mine discover earrings… I saw a little girl, younger then Cait, maybe about 1 -2 years old sporting earrings.. So cute! That’s what triggered my thoughts lah!

Looks like I didn’t have to wonder too long. She has discovered earrings in one of the vanity sets she got for her Christmas gifts. Actually she has had a pair before but she was too afraid to put them on.. She was nervous about the clippies.. :-| That was when she learned the phrase “Beauty is PAIN!!” And she has remembered it till now. :-D

I guess vanity has taken over and she has braved the clip-ons! She still flinched when she asked me to clip it on. And after 2 days of wearing those clip-ons… she wanted real piercings o.O

That was about a week ago… And she hasn’t asked again, also, I don’t know why those clip-ons are mysteriously missing… (I swear I have nothing to do with it’s disappearance!) And she has been looking high and low, everywhere, in all her 962 handbags… **insert roll eyes here**

Ah… yes, We have a new doggie.. She has been with us for the past 2 weeks or so now. She is Caitlyn’s doggie.. It was part of her Christmas wish… along with the Fashion Fairytale barbie and a doll house.. Unfortunately,none of it came true. Daddy, OOpps!! Santa brought her a bicycle but she did get a couple of Barbies.. But not the one she wanted but she is happy anyway..

So a week after Christmas, My Dad (aka Kung-Kung) got a call from a friend who is very ‘close’ to a pet shop owner who called him to inform that there is a poodle going very cheap… :-| And for I dunno what reason, we went to the pet shop to see the pup. The dog is BLACK.. (Caitlyn don’t like black things… anything black… ) and.. it’s a female.. *great* (another b#$%h) LOL!! :-D

I thought Cait wouldn’t go for it… First she is black, second she actually wanted a teacup poodle.. not a toy poodle…

BUT… she fell in love the first instance… She loves her and wouldn’t leave without her.. Thoughts were racing through my mind.. (if I still had one) On how much more work it will be for me and how Ultra Cool daddy will NOT be cool about it. But as usual.. with the twitch of her eye and some manja-manja… We got her the dog………

And she named her Chloe. Well, she was a Tristy for a few hours or so… ten she became Chloe. And it has stuck.

This year you are old enough and undertand much more about Christmas and everything that’s going on… As you are busy absorbing everything and all things Christmassie you have many questions from reindeers, North Pole, santa’s helpers to Santa himself… daddy and I have been very good at explaining and answering everything that you are curious about…except for one thing… SNOW…

You kept asking us, “Where is the SNOW??” And when we told that it doesn’t snow here in Malaysia, you wouldn’t have it… You even said if there is no snow there is no snowman and no Christmas!! So now I’m still wondering, how am I going to explain in a way that you understand that it will never snow here in Malaysia…
