Some of you already know that I just started learning how to bake not too long ago… but I have been doing quite well. Nobody has had a tummy upset or choked because the cake is too dry.. So I suppose I can pass… and am slowly making improvements. 

So I’m planing to bake Caitlyn’s  birthday cake this year, and I’m  going to make it a 2 tier cake. A little over my head? Well yeah… maybe, but I’m determined to do it. If I can teach myself HTML, set up blogs and use Photoshop, I think I can and will be able to put together a 2 tier cake.
