Anyone who knows Aiden knows how much he loves his cars and loves driving… Even the music that he likes is associated with racing (like Too Fast Too Furious and Rihanna’s Shut Up and Drive) Get it?
Every Friday I’ll try to make it a point to take him to Jusco’s amusement park for his racing games. He absolutely loves it!! It’s just SO funny to watch him. Initially the only racing game available (Ridge Racer) only caters for adults, so he couldn’t reach the pedals.He has to sit on our lap so that we can step on the pedals for him while he steers the wheel. Now that they have this new Super Mario Brothers one is more for kids, he can just stretch himself to reach the pedals and peep above the wheel to steer it.
But it’s all good… I’ve always enjoyed doing this and what I get out of it is getting to know another bunch of great people!! And also I’m privileged to be a part of a journey I myself have been through about 6-7 years ago. I’m just really excited for these people. I’m excited for what they’ll be and what they can be on their journey.
