My blog has reached it’s 1000 hits mark today! I started this blog on the 11th of November 2007. It’s been like a little more then 3 months old now. Just yesterday I noticed it was at 980 something and thought to myself…”Oh..it’s going to hit 1000 already. Yeah!” I even mentioned it to Greg. And voila

I just want to take this opportunity to thank all my readers and friend who visit my blog to check out what I’ve been up to and for putting up with me and my ramblings sometimes. But most of the time I try to keep it light and happy and I hope I manage to make you laught sometimes..*wink** For these pass 3 months I must admit that I’ve really broke free of my box. I never use to be very tech savvy…Ask any of my friends who knows me well…they’ll tell you how useless I am when it come to computers. You’ll find me running around begging people to help me with any computer work. If you let me choose…I’ll rather write or draw, anything but the computer. But as of today, I’m proud owner of a Macbook, maintains 2 blogs and I’m an avid digital scrapbooker. I’m still not very pro at it but… *hey!* it’s a far cry from where I use to be. It took me many sleepless nights reading tutorials and FQA, of course help from geeky friends like fellow blogger I Stand In Time, inspirations from Jazzmint and Pathfinder‘s beautiful blog.

And to the two ‘subject’ that I blog about the most…Aiden and Caitlyn… I’m not surprise if they grow up thinking that their mom is a bit loony, behaving like a stalker, wandering behind them with a camera and note book and pen jotting down things that they say… *just in case I forget!* I’ve been doing this ever since I started paper scrapbooking. Sigh! I hope they’ll appreciate this later when they grow up. I just really want to preserve all these memories for them.

Ok.. So I’ve done some research this afternoon just by sitting on my laurels while the kids (and husband) were having their nap…(isn’t the internet great!) And I’ve come up with a couple more places… looks really nice…also looks expensive so I don’t know yet till I speak to them tomorrow.

  • Bianco in Damansara Perdana : Very nice ambience. All white and has a nautical feel to it.
  • Tea for Two on Jalan Bangkung, Bangsar : I have not seen this place and can’t seem to locate them on the web. But I’ve heard that it’s baby friendly restaurant too. So we’ll see I’ll be going to check it out.
  • Marmalade in BV2: We love this restaurant, and so do our friends. They serve lovely salads and cakes. On top of that it’s quite baby friendly too.

But all of the above does not allow us to have the babi (pig). What do you guys think?

I really cannot imagine how time flies!! Soon Caitlyn will be turning 1. We still have not plan what we are going to do. We are definitely having a party for her or rather the adults… since she really doesn’t have any friends except for her brother. So anyway these are some of the suggestions:

  • renting the community hall near our place and have the food catered and have a roast lamb since we cannot serve pig in the community hall.
  • have it at IZZI, it’s located same row as Pizza Hut next to Lot 10. Clean nice place where we can just arrive and enjoy and then leave. Still no roast pig.
  • McDonald’s (Greg’s suggestion) Still no pig.

So that’s it. What do you think? Any other suggestions? We can’t have it at our apartment..there’s just not enough room.
