This is a post dated entry. It’s been awhile since I’ve written about Aiden…Of late he has been very keen about anything to do with the marines.. Thanks to my youngest brother Di-hong who has been very hard at work.. showing Aiden videos from You Tube of a bunch of marines doing their drills ( is that what you call it?)They just stand in line twirling their guns and moving in and out of line… I don’t know.. when I was a cheerleader, that’s what we call it but not guns of course, we have batons.Well… this obsession seem to have gone to his head, literary…Aiden is a child and can sometimes get carried away but I’m wondering what has gotten into a full grown straight thinking man *DCA (Department of Civil Aviation) checks that for me* like my husband. Daddy took him for a hair cut or more like a shave! It’s soo short, I think I can see into his brain! I wonder what does Uncle Sebastian (our stylist) has to say. I knew something was wrong, day before yesterday, Greg went to pick him up from school and they took too long to come home. I knew something was up but I didn’t expect this! Well… in all fairnes, Aiden actually looks quite cute. He looks younger, but he doesn’t like to be told that. You know, he has this compelling desire to be fastest, tallest, smartest, older… get the jest? Well, loves his hair cut and is very, very happy about it. I guess that’s what matters…the hair will grow.

So finally, all the preparation is done. The most trying part was making the treat boxes… but that’s done too! I love it!! I hope Caitlyn’s guest loves it too.. Even Daddy helped me to cut out the boxes till very very late at night sacrificing his tv time. So that’s big deal ok!! And grandma helped a bit as well…but I think it was too much for her to be bossed around by moi. Plus, she is never very keen on all the arty farty stuff. I still remember when I told her that I wanted to go to an art school after secondary school..the ‘look’ she gave me was worst then when I told her that I was preggars. And she asked me, “And what are you going to do when you come out? Cannot find any job lah… You’ll starve to death!” So you see, I’m more likely to get preggars then to any chance to go to art collage. That’s how I ended up working as a make-up artist (? no, that has nothing what so ever to do with art of course) then a trolley dolly for the next 8 years of my life.

So anyway, she help cut out a few boxes too, I think that’s as much as she can take.

Everything is done, I’m ready… Let’s party!!! *Geez…I’m more excited then my own party. Sorry la huh…I just love planning parties!!*

Hehehehe! Yeah! I know what you gals mean. All the trouble for that few hours of fun and to Caitlyn what she will see is a few photos when she is old enough to know. But that’s what parents do isn’t it? And it’s our gift to her. She really loves balloons!

Sigh! today I’ve been busy running around and had a very belated reunion dinner with my fellow Lp mates from Asiaworks. That was good as we don’t really meet up much, like once a year or if someone gets hitched or have a baby or something. That was what we were joking tonight, somebody better get preggars or get married so we’ll have reason to meet up!

I’m really tired today. But I’m glad I have most of the stuff done and all we have to do now is finish up the baxes! I think I have like 20 something more to do. Wish me luck!

Oh! I also bought 2 new dresses today while I was walking pass this neat shop on the lower ground floor of Bangsar Village, Peddler’s. They sell really cool home decor stuff and clothes as well. Price is reasonable but not like really, really cheap. It’s the location I guess. But at the moment they have a ‘Buy 2 Free 1′ promotion, so that’s really a bargain. So I’m a happy bunny today!
